Terms of Service

Last updated 7 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Go4Tap: the physical NFC products, the digital profile and the dashboards around them.

Your account

You need a Go4Tap account to activate a card and publish a profile. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address on your account, since it is how you sign in.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to hold an account.

Cards and ownership

The physical card remains part of Go4Tap's managed infrastructure until it is assigned to your account. Once assigned, it points to the profile you control.

You own your profile and the content you publish. Go4Tap operates the card, the link routing and the platform around it.

A card can be deactivated, reassigned or replaced. Replacing a card never affects your profile — the new card simply points to the same place.

Acceptable use

Do not use Go4Tap to impersonate another person or organisation, publish unlawful content, or collect information from visitors under false pretences.

We may suspend a profile or card that breaches these terms, and will tell you why.

Plans and payments

Free plans include a digital profile and basic analytics. Paid plans add customisation, advanced analytics, lead capture and team features.

Physical products are billed separately from subscriptions. Subscription changes take effect from the next billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Availability

We aim for the card-resolution path — the URL your NFC chip and QR code point to — to be as close to always-available as we can make it, since it is the core of a physical product.

Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where it could affect that path.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Cards assigned to you return to Go4Tap inventory.

We can close an account that breaches these terms, after giving you notice and a chance to export your data where practical.
