Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Email hello@go4tap.com with your order reference (it looks like G4T-20260907-A1B2C3) and we will cancel it and refund the full amount.

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, because the card has already been printed and encoded for you.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your card arrives damaged, does not read on a phone, or is not the product you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery at hello@go4tap.com with your order reference and a photograph.

We will replace the item at no cost, or refund it in full if you prefer. You do not pay return shipping in these cases.

Change of mind

Because each card is personalised, we cannot accept returns simply for change of mind once the card has shipped.

If the card is unused and still sealed, write to us anyway — we will look at it case by case.

Subscriptions

Pro and Business are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time from Settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current billing period runs to its end and is not pro-rated.

If you were charged after cancelling, contact us and we will refund that charge in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment gateway.

We initiate the refund within 3 business days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer then typically takes 5–7 business days to show the money, and that part is outside our control.
